Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade and one-of-a-kind work all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We do our best to package each piece carefully so that it will arrive safely. In the event that an item arrives damaged please email zoedering[@]gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the piece with a photo of the damage. If the item has arrived broken and the photos have been submitted and approved within the alotted time for submission you will receive a credit for the amount of the item, minus shipping charges, that can be applied to a future purchase. Anything submitted after 3 days or not damaged in the shipping process we are not responsible for.

Shipping

All items will ship within 7 business days, but usually sooner, via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once it is shipped. In the event you need a package to arrive by a certain time please reach out and we will do our best to meet your timeline.

International shipping is available by request. Please email with the desired items and destination address and are happy to help get a personalized shipping quote. Customer is responsible for any and all import duties, tarrifs or any other unforeseen costs associated with the shipment.

For local pick up from the Santa Rosa studio please select local pick up when checking out and we will be in touch to set up a pick up time.

A note on handmade pottery & Care

All items are made entirely by hand by me. Most items are one of a kind pieces or part of a limited series. I cannot guarantee reproduction or future availability of any of my pieces or styles. Variations within a single piece or a series of pieces is to be expected and is an intrinsic part of my desired aesthetic, reflective of being made by hand and celebrate the firing process I use. These variations are not considered flaws. If a piece is flawed in a way I deem noteworthy it will be specified in the listing. Please email me with any questions about you might have before purchasing to ensure you’re receiving something you’ll love.

All pieces in Seconds Sales are as-is and are final sale, no returns or exchanges. Most pieces have a flaw that should be reflected in the description or are discounted as a sample or one-off.

All pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise noted.
